Leaking Valley flashings are a common cause of damage to ceilings and eave linings. This is caused by the flashing not being large enough to cope in heavy downpours of water with blockages such as leaves and tile chips adding to the issue. To fix this we install heavy gauge Colorbond valleys that are 50% larger then standard valleys, with the capacity to channel twice as much water, even when there are leaves present.
